Chamo-me Patrícia, vivo em Lisboa, sou designer, ilustradora e ceramista. O meu trabalho contém bons desafios em agências de comunicação e design, como autora de livros ilustrados e como criadora de histórias em cerâmica.

Encontram-me pelos nomes Bolota, nome que escolhi para dar vida às ilustrações que faço, e Pa (Patrícia Alves), o que dá vida às minhas peças em cerâmica.

O que me inspira?

A natureza, as pessoas que me rodeiam, passeatas de bicicleta, o cheiro do mar, o calor da areia, o verde das folhas, as cores das flores, o vento no cabelo, os brilhos nos olhos, abraços apertados, canecas de chá... A vida!

My name is Patricia, I live in Lisbon, and I'm a designer, illustrator, and ceramicist. My work involves challenging experiences in communication and design agencies, as an author of illustrated books, and as a creator of ceramic stories.

You can find me by the names Bolota, the name I chose to bring my illustrations to life, and Pa (Patrícia Alves), which brings my ceramic pieces to life.

What inspires me?

Nature, the people around me, bike rides, the smell of the sea, the warmth of the sand, the green of the leaves, the colors of the flowers, the wind in my hair, the sparkle in eyes, tight hugs, mugs of tea... Life!
